Each piece starts out an original drawing. Using a CNC laser cutter, we cut dozens of individual parts from birch plywood and acrylic plastic. The parts are then carefully sanded, painted, and finished. All FROGGYs are lovingly designed and assembled by hand in Pittsburgh, PA.
